3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your clothes high-quality and true to size? Yes! We use premium fabrics (cotton blends, linen, knits, etc.) that feel great and hold up well. Each product has a detailed size chart with measurements – we recommend checking it before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. Our styles are designed to be flattering on a range of body types.

7. How do I care for my Coqovins clothing? Most items are machine-washable on gentle cycle with cold water (check the label). Hang dry or tumble dry low to maintain shape and color. Avoid bleach or high heat. For delicate fabrics like silk or special knits, hand-wash or dry clean as noted. Specific care instructions are included with each garment.
